About My Clients

I work with adults and older adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, depression, relationship stress, grief, self-worth struggles, substance use recovery, and severe mental illness. My approach is trauma-informed, harm reduction-focused, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I help clients better understand their patterns, build coping skills, improve emotional regulation and boundaries, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in both community mental health and homeless services settings. My background includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, severe and persistent mental illness, substance use, grief, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I have extensive experience working with individuals impacted by housing instability, crisis situations, and complex trauma, and I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, harm reduction, and person-centered lens. In addition to my clinical work, I serve in leadership within homeless services, where I oversee outreach programming and collaborate across healthcare, housing, and community systems. This experience has deepened my understanding of how trauma, systemic barriers, chronic stress, and survival mode affect mental health and relationships. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, authentic, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients feel
