About My Clients
Have you spent years being the one who holds it all together? Pushing through as an athlete who has given everything to your sport, or as an emotionally mature woman navigating the weight of family estrangement? Are you good at functioning but somewhere along the way you've lost pieces of yourself? You've mastered holding it together, but the question is — what's it costing you? You've given enough to everyone else, and now you're ready to give back to yourself.
My Background and Approach
I'm a trauma-informed somatic therapist who believes real change happens through curiosity, honesty, and presence. I'm not here to just nod and reflect. I'll name what I see, challenge the patterns holding you back, and walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself. Together we'll explore how your past is shaping your present and build practical tools for lasting change. While talking is powerful, I also use body-based practices: grounding, breathwork, movement, and creative expression, because you can't think your way out of what your body is still living. I support athletes navigating performance pressure, identity, and life beyond the sport, and emotionally mature women navigating family estrangement who are done letting other people's dysfunction write the story of their life. You've already made it this far. You don't need to have it all figured out, you just need willingness. Through my approach of warmth, directness, and consistency we can begin to rewrite your story.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
If there's a spark of willingness, there's hope. We are messy and resilient humans. Some of my core values as a therapist is to stay curious, remain teachable, and to be OK sitting comfortably in the unknown with you, because that's where the real stuff lives. I believe people need people, and you deserve a space where you can show up fully and be met with presence, honesty, and zero judgment. I also believe in the power of humor , I think of it like medicine. It reminds us that healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time. My work is about helping you feel more at home in yourself and more confident in your relationships. I truly love what I do and feel honored to be a blip in someone's story of self discovery.
