About My Clients
My clients are children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. Many are seeking support during periods of change, feeling overwhelmed, or wanting deeper self-understanding. They value a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can build coping skills and move toward meaningful growth.
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia, practicing under supervision as I work toward full licensure. I have training and experience working with children, teens, and adults, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Being a military spouse, I understand the impact of transitions and change, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow and heal.
