I work best with adults struggling with substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Many of the individuals I serve feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or disconnected from themselves and others. I specialize in helping clients build emotional awareness, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create long-term recovery and stability through compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered care.
My Background and Approach
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) with experience in inpatient treatment, outpatient care, crisis intervention, mobile crisis response, and 988 services. Specializes in working with adults experiencing substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and co-occurring mental health concerns. My work is centered on helping individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered while navigating mental health, trauma, addiction, and major life challenges.
