I work with adults navigating ADHD, OCD, trauma, chronic stress, and relationship difficulties. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by racing thoughts, compulsions, intrusive worries, emotional dysregulation, or relational conflicts. Together, we focus on understanding how your mind and nervous system respond to stress, developing practical coping strategies, and reducing patterns that keep you stuck. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, ERP, and Brainspotting to meet your unique needs and goals.
