My Background and Approach
I approach therapy from a person centered, trauma-informed, lens. I used evidence based approaches such as DBT, CBT and Mindfulness to supporting my clients capacity for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and an overall deeper sense of internal steadiness that leads to increased life satisfaction.
