My Background and Approach
I am a second career individual swapping from years in the sports medicine realm to work in mental health, where my passion lies. I work to empower you and give you tools to succeed and live a better life. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and athletes who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity challenges, or disordered eating. I also work with couples navigating life stressors or just struggling to stay connected. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative, creating a safe space where you can be heard, understood, and supported. I can be direct and hold no punches when needed but always with support and encouragement for you. I also love to use humor to bring lightness to the work when needed.

I believe you are the expert in your life and I am here to just assist and guide as needed. You have the ability to adjust and overcome a lot in life though sometimes struggle to see it or need creative solutions or coping mechanisms for it.
