I support to adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions, however, my greatest passion is supporting mothers. Motherhood can be one of life’s most meaningful transformations, yet it can also bring emotional, physical, and identity shifts that many women feel unprepared to navigate alone.
