My Background and Approach
I used the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples learn better communication skills, how to solve conflict amicably, and create new rituals of connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We were created to be relational beings; we can't exist without relationships. Marriage can me the most challenging relationship of all. I want to help couples learn how to manage conflict by communicating effectively. Provide tools that encourage a thriving emotional connection and overall healthy relationship. I specialize in relationship therapy, marital and pre-marital counseling, as well as depression and anxiety issues for adults. It is my passion to assist individuals and couples find mental wholeness which results in wholeness in every aspect of life. I believe in helping everyone find wholeness in every aspect of life by starting with understanding and changing the way you think.
