As a therapist, my core belief is that everyone deserves support, clarity, and the right tools to navigate life’s challenges. I became a counselor because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be to talk to someone—to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I’m passionate about helping others build mental wellness through both practical tools and meaningful support systems. I believe mental health thrives when we cultivate balance, connection, and self-awareness. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy long walks that help clear my mind, creative pursuits that spark joy, and quality time with friends. These moments of presence and connection are what I aim to help others find in their own lives.
