About My Clients
Are you feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or burnout? Maybe you're navigating a big life change, struggling in your relationships, or carrying trauma that feels heavy and hard to name. You might be neurodivergent or part of the LGBTQ+ community, just wanting to feel seen and understood. I offer a space where you can unpack all of it—without judgment—and start to feel more grounded, more you.
My Background and Approach
Since earning my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University, I’ve been helping clients since 2021 feel more grounded, connected, and understood. I'm trauma-informed and trained in EMDR and utilize practices from somatic therapy, ACT, CBT, and IFS, and I use these tools to tailor sessions to each person’s needs. I work through a relational and attachment-based lens, because healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in safe, supportive relationships. My style is collaborative, warm, and often especially helpful for those who over-intellectualize emotions or feel stuck in their heads. We’ll work together to build emotional safety, connect with your body, and explore the deeper parts of your story. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating a major transition, or working through anxiety or depression, I’ll help you access tools you can use in everyday life—so you can stop just surviving and start truly living.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is possible for everyone, no matter where you're starting from. We all carry patterns—many of them learned in response to pain, survival, or relationships that didn’t feel safe. I don’t believe you're broken; I believe you’ve adapted in the best ways you could. And I believe you can unlearn what no longer serves you. I know therapy works because I’ve done the work myself. Like many of my clients, I’ve had to face anxiety, self-doubt, and identity questions—and I know how transformative it can be to feel truly seen and supported. I show up as a real human in the room because that’s what I believe fosters trust, healing, and growth. I’m also committed to anti-oppressive work and show up in solidarity with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. I won’t judge your music taste, but I might ask for your playlist recs.
