About My Clients
I love working with couples and humans in general who want to work deeply. I find that I generally get chosen by the people on the outside edges, who question things, and want to try new things. I work with couples (or polycules) who are interested in non-monogamy, and couples who just want to deepen their communication (which may or may not lead to opening their relationship). I work with individuals who desire to be seen without judgement or criticism.
My Background and Approach
I am a Certified to use EFT (Emotional Focused Couple Therapy) with couples. It is a research-based theory that works to help people connect deeply. I also use art therapy and movement if my clients need something out of the box to help shift them from their usual scripts. I have been a therapist for a long time and I really love connecting with people under the surface.
