About My Clients
I work with clients ages 10 and up, and I welcome individuals from all walks of life. My approach is open-minded and inclusive—I hold space for people navigating all kinds of situations, identities, and experiences. While I have extensive experience supporting BIPOC individuals and those living with chronic mental illness, my practice is rooted in safety, flexibility, and genuine connection for anyone seeking support. I especially enjoy working with clients managing mood and personality disorde
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with master's degrees in both Counseling and Psychology. I’m also a BSP (Brainspotting) Level 1 trainee. I’ve been practicing for the past two years, working with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, PTSD, and neurodivergence—particularly ADHD and Autism. My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) frameworks, but I stay flexible and responsive to what each person truly needs. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s collaborative, evolving, and tailored to you. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions across two practices, and I work with individuals, couples, and groups. No matter the format, I aim to create a space where you can show up as your full self and feel supported in the process of healing, reflection, and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a BIPOC clinician who works closely with the neurodivergent community, I deeply value the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—without judgment or pressure to be anyone other than yourself. My work is grounded in a strong commitment to social justice, inclusion, and representation. I stand in solidarity with movements like Free Palestine and Black Lives Matter, and I advocate for mental health awareness and environmental sustainability. While I may not always be on the front lines, I show up where I can and stay rooted in these values in my personal and professional life. In therapy, I bring a warm, casual, and affirming energy. I aim to co-create a space where you feel empowered to explore, question, and grow at your own pace. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just show up as you are.
