My approach to therapy is to help my clients find a healthy mental and emotional balance at any stage in life. I offer a warm, compassionate, and supportive environment to help you feel safe and understood in each session.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Perinatal Certification: My Journey to getting certified in Perinatal Mental Health was more than just a certification for me. It was led by my own experiences in repeated miscarriages, anxiety in pregnancy, traumatic birth, and finding healing in the postpartum phase. Through my own challenges, I found my passion in Perinatal Mental Health and discovered the need for guiding and educating within this field. I am a Florida Board Certified Mental Health Therapist with nearly ten years of experience in helping Children, Teens, Adults, and Families. Currently Offering Telehealth sessions in Florida for ages 18+
