My Background and Approach
With nearly 20 years as a therapist, over two decades in a loving, committed relationship, and my experience as a mom, I understand the complexity of balancing multiple roles while caring for yourself. I use an integrative approach, drawing from IFS, Polyvagal theory, Postmodern perspectives, and as a Certified Complex Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), I bring specialized tools for healing. Together, we’ll untangle unhelpful patterns, strengthen the ones that serve you, and build a deeper connection with your nervous system. This creates space for clarity, curiosity, and creativity—making room for change that feels gentle, lasting, and truly your own.
