About My Clients

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by cultural or generational pressures, or are healing from religious or spiritual trauma. I especially enjoy supporting LGBTQ+ clients, women, and individuals seeking a deeper mind-body connection as they move toward clarity, confidence, and alignment.

My Background and Approach

I am a Native American (Diné) Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas and a certified yoga instructor. My approach is collaborative, gentle, and trauma-informed. I integrate mindfulness-based therapy, DBT skills, somatic and body-based practices, and person-centered care to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Sessions move at your pace and may include practical coping tools, values exploration, grounding techniques, and breathwork when helpful. I am trained in evidence-based approaches and incorporate culturally aware, identity-affirming care. I will also be trained in Brainspotting by March 2026. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
