My Background and Approach
I believe we all carry wisdom and strength within us - sometimes we just need support reconnecting to it. My approach is mindfulness-based, gentle, and grounded in the belief that you are already whole. I integrate talk therapy with somatic awareness, breathwork, and practices inspired by the rhythms of nature and the universe.
