About My Clients
I work with teens, individuals, and couples ready to take responsibility for their growth. Clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image, self-worth, grief, or climate distress. They seek a holistic, integrative approach that addresses root causes, heals past wounds, and strengthens their authentic, empowered self in a warm, collaborative, and practical way.
My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic, solution-focused, direct, and collaborative, blending mindfulness, somatic work, Internal Family Systems, ecotherapy, and life coaching. I help clients uncover root causes, integrate wounded parts, and strengthen their adult self. Sessions focus on practical tools, insight, and lasting change, supporting clients in living in alignment with their values and authentic selves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m deeply committed to personal, community, and ecological healing. I provide climate distress therapy and facilitate community groups through the Climate Psychology Alliance, supporting clients in navigating the emotional impacts of climate change. I integrate these values into my work, helping clients reconnect with themselves, their communities, and the natural world. I also share resources and insights on social platforms as @the_ecotherapist, promoting awareness of ecological and psychological wellbeing.
