About My Clients

You may be someone who feels deeply—perhaps too deeply—in a world that often asks you to be smaller. You carry experiences that have shaped you, some of which have left marks you're still learning to understand. There may be moments when the noise of daily life drowns out your own voice, leaving you feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure of who you've become. Beneath it all, you long for a sense of clarity, a way to make sense of your story, and the freedom to live in a way that feels real

My Background and Approach

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating identity, addictions, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and past wounds. Using trauma-informed care and culturally attuned practice, we'll gently process what feels stuck and build tools to help you feel more present, grounded, and connected to yourself and your core values. The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you. I have dozens of them. My goal for you is to have at least five different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. So no matter where you go, you'll always feel like you have control and can live your life on your own terms

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a therapist, my work is grounded in liberation, dignity, and collective care. I believe mental health cannot be separated from the political realities shaping our lives. I stand for a Free Palestine and for the right of all people to live free from occupation, surveillance, and state violence. I oppose the harms perpetuated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and systems that criminalize migration and survival. My practice is anti-capitalist and anti-imperialist; I see how profit-driven systems exploit vulnerability and how empire fractures communities. I am committed to decolonizing mental health by challenging Eurocentric frameworks and honoring ancestral, communal, and culturally rooted healing practices. I am proudly pro-LGBTQ+ and affirm the full spectrum of gender and sexual identities. I support the movement for Black liberation and the vision advanced by Black Lives Matter. Therapy, to me, is not neutrality—it is solidarity, accountability, and healing.
