About My Clients
I work primarily with women and LGBTQ+ individuals ages 16–45 who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, healing from difficult experiences, or adjusting to a new chapter, my goal is to help you build self-trust, reconnect with your values, and develop practical tools to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, creating a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment while working toward meaningful change. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and parts work to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences. Together, we'll identify patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your values, and build practical tools for lasting growth. I often describe therapy like a book—some chapters were written by past experiences, family, or society, but you have the opportunity to decide what comes next. My background includes working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, self-harm, relationship transitions, and major life changes, and I tailor therapy to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
