About My Clients
With a specialized focus on athletes of all ages-from youth and collegiate level-Maggie understands the unique pressures of performance, identity, and injury recovery that come with competitive sports. In addition to working with athletes, Maggie provides compassionate, evidence-based care for clients navigating anxiety, depression, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and chronic illness.
My Background and Approach
I hold a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Siena Heights University. I am committed to continuous professional development to ensure the highest quality of care. Sessions will take place virtually from the comfort of your home, providing a confidential space where you can freely express yourself without judgement. The therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from CBT, mindfulness techniques, and strength-based practices to help clients build resilience, improve focus, and foster self-awareness. Whether you're facing challenges of athletic performance, struggling with emotional health, or coping with a new diagnosis Maggie offers a safe space.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Besides being a licensed professional counselor, I am a certified case manager and have experience helping others navigate the healthcare system. I enjoy teaching psychology and sociology at the college level. I enjoy volunteering for sleep in heavenly peace.
