About My Clients
Do you struggle with anxiety, depression or anger that seems to come out of nowhere? Do you sometimes feel that you just aren’t enough? Has this started to affect your ability to function or your relationships? Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed or frustrated just trying to get through the day? Do you wonder if life could be better? I work with teens 14+, men and woman to help them live with more freedom and joy.
My Background and Approach
With multicultural experience gained from living in Europe for three years and Honduras for two years, I bring a diverse perspective to my work. I have professional experience with the Department of Child Safety and in the Pima County Jail. When I say that nothing will surprise me, I truly mean it. I am well-equipped to provide both traditional mental health counseling and faith-integrated counseling, drawing on my Christian beliefs to support you in reaching your goals if desired. While EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a highly effective strategy that I often utilize, I understand that it may not be right for everyone. Therefore, I am committed to using the modality that you feel most comfortable with and that best meets your needs. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and family therapy, among others. In our therapeutic journey, I see myself as the guide, but you are the expert on your own life.
