About My Clients

Adults looking for virtual therapy that fits into their busy schedule and/or burnout recovery timeline with weekend and evening availability. Clients who may be concerned with being validated, believed, seen for their strengths, efforts, and humanity. Neurodiverse adults who thrive in structured flexibility tailored to their attention, their interests, and their needs. You know you need to heal, you just don't know where to start.

My Background and Approach

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is the modality I fell in love with as a therapist and as a client myself. It offers a new perspective and approach to the human experience that helps people finally stop being at war within themselves and the world around them. ACT focuses on trying something new, hands-on in session, offering a new approach to life when what you've been doing hasn't worked. Psycho-education is provided experientially, with easy to digest metaphors and visuals. Clients choose their own goals based on their values and needs, with therapist aid, guidance, and accountability. Every session is collaborative, informative, and personalized. My education is a M.A. Clinical Mental Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and B.A. French Education from Colorado State University, with a professional license of LPCC under supervision of a LPC.
