About My Clients

When my clients come to me, they're tired of trying to appear like they've got it together. They feel like they've lost themselves in the daily hustle and trying to get everything "right." They confess they feel resentful and don't know how to prioritize their mental health. They are exhausted from racing thoughts that plague them day and night, and they are experts at analyzing all the "what-if's" that could go wrong. They are the epitome of the "this is fine" meme.

How I Can Help You

Together, we'll figure out what is keeping you stuck and find ways for you to move forward. Sessions may involve laughter, crying, and everything in between. I'm here to listen without judgment and help you live your best life. We'll structure our sessions based on your needs and goals, to make sure we are using the time effectively and in the way you want. I can bring specific topics and skills, or we can just talk and process something that is bothering you. It depends on what you need that day. My overall style is based in compassion, mindfulness, and acceptance. I'll help you learn to be kinder to yourself and be more assertive with others. Many of my clients also need help in their relationships, so we work on communication and setting healthy boundaries. I offer Walk and Talk sessions in West Cobb, in addition to secure virtual video sessions across Georgia. Send me a message to schedule a free phone consultation. I'd love to chat with you and see if we're a good fit!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As A Therapist, I Believe You are worthy of love and care. We all need help in life. We need our emotions and experiences to be seen, heard, and believed. People underestimate their ability to heal and change. We heal in relationships with others and by having a gentler relationship with ourselves. My practice is LGBTQIA+-affirming, neurodivergent-informing, HAES, trauma-informed, and social justice-oriented.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
