About My Clients

My clients often come to me caught in a loop of constantly giving and second-guessing, but it never feels like enough. They are exhausted by chasing perfection and feel like they can never be the one to break down or rest. My clients come to me feeling unseen, unheard and maybe a little bit resentful. They know that something has to change, but it feels too monumental to tackle alone. This often looks like panic attacks, unrelenting trauma reminders, constant anxiety, and sleep struggles.

My Background and Approach

I help individuals gain more confidence, set boundaries that work for them, shake off that need to always be "the helper", and to stop that endless pursuit of perfection. I help people to dig deep into the underlying pain and life experiences that brought them here, so that they can move forward with more connected relationships with themselves and others. Together we can figure out what you're feeling, why you're feeling it, and what it is that you need to move forward in a new way. I love to help individuals learn to advocate for themselves and to live their authentic life out loud. Reach out today for a free 15-minute consultation call, and let's get you moving forward with confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe we are a big collection of all the experiences we have had in our life, which impacts how we see and understand our world and our lives. Because of this, I know that each person has their own way of relating and connecting, and that understanding is crucial in our time together. I will always try to meet you where you're at. I strive to remain in a non-judgmental role so that you can fully explore your feelings, your past, and your life patterns in a safe environment, so that you can examine if these are serving you or getting in your way. I believe that the coping tools you use that do not serve you once played a vital role in your surviving, and I hold space to celebrate the gift these tools gave you while also making space for new tools that might be more helpful in your life now. I believe that understanding ourselves better can also make our relationships with others feel more fulfilling, so let's dig deep and get started today!
