Greenwercs Coaching, Counseling, Consulting Services provides a safe, caring, and confidential environment for individuals to grow and find their inner strength. Sometimes, even the strongest people among us need a little bit of help to work through some of life's more challenging problems. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, post partum depression, fetal/infant loss, grief, etc..you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.
My Background and Approach
The treatment approaches that I will engage with you are tools & skillsets that I have used over my professional career to help people to overcome struggles and hard times in their lives. I have used many different modalities and techniques in order to reach your goals. One of my favorite things to offer are homework assignments that allow you to think and tap into your personal strengths and coping skills to get you through life. Through my sessions I encourage you to empower yourself through motivational interviewing to use your strengths to accomplish tasks. I am very direct and upfront with being solution focused. We will always start with how you are doing and hone in on those experiences to grow and develop solutions to meet your goals. For the past 10 years my practice has been focused on individuals to increase self esteem and increase self care in tackling anxiety and depression. You will gain the needed coping skills to feel good about yourself & confident!
