About My Clients
I help with issues such as ADHD, depression, Anxiety, trauma, and substance use . During our initial sessions, we will get to the root of the problem, and collaborate to create a unique plan for you to address the symptoms in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. My holistic approach can greatly reduce symptoms , and I look forward to teaching you tools to take your life back.
My Background and Approach
The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you. As a psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I use medication management and psychotherapy which are evidence-based approaches to help alleviate symptoms. I am direct and solution focused. We'll work collaboratively to address the symptoms you are struggling with right now. We'll start with what's going on in the moment and how to get control over your body and thoughts. My training and current practice, have been focused on helping people get rid of various psych-mental health symptoms. We'll address what's going on in your brain when you feel anxious, depressed, or cannot focus and how to get in touch with different parts of your brain to find relief. We'll discuss what happens to your body when fear takes over so you can learn how to quickly calm down.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that care should be personalized to meet each person’s specific needs. So, I will work collaboratively with you to provide care that will alleviate your symptoms. I offer psychiatric assessment and diagnoses, medication management, and psychotherapy. Mental health problems are real and you should not be struggling with it alone.
