About My Clients
I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself and unsure how to move forward. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling with confidence, or repeating patterns that feel difficult to change. Therapy can help you gain clarity, understand yourself more deeply, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you should feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is integrative, allowing me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, psychodynamic therapy to explore how past experiences may influence current patterns, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and mindfulness-based approaches to support emotional awareness and regulation. Together, we will explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships while developing practical tools to help you navigate challenges. My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can gain insight, build healthier patterns, and move toward greater confidence, balance, and connection.
