My Background and Approach
I graduated in 2014 with my Master's Degree in Social Work. 2018 received my License as a Social Worker. I continue to build my work to provide evidence base approaches within my practice. Therapy interventions used are Play therapy, Art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with youth and families having challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma and family conflicts.
