About My Clients

Many of my clients are therapy first-timers, and I am passionate about curating an environment that feels comfortable if you are hesitant about therapy or have had negative experiences before.
My Background and Approach
Whatever you’re struggling with, my goal is to help you truly listen to your thoughts, feelings, and body in order to strengthen your sense of self and ability to meaningfully connect with others. Former clients have shared that work with me is engaging, insightful, challenging - and even fun! While therapy can be hard and heavy, I believe we connect and learn and heal as much through laughter as through tears. The full spectrum of your emotions and experiences are welcome in this space.
