About My Clients
I work with a wide variety of people who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships with others, and the world around them. People who have experienced life stressors and are needing a space to process their thoughts and feelings. Using Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Polyvagal Theory, I help empower you to learn more about your brain and body and the importance of forming healthy bonds with yourself and others.
My Background and Approach
On a path of self-discovery, we explore your strengths and values and together we create a treatment plan that is best aligned with your goals. We examine your relationships and attachment patterns and learn new ways to build trusting relationships with the self and others. I help you understand mental health and how to set and maintain healthy boundaries, develop coping skills and self-care strategies, build resilience and self-esteem, and increase the self-compassion needed to love yourself and others tenderly.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Acknowledging your trauma and facing your true emotions can feel overwhelming. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. My job is to help create and foster a safe space where you can process your traumas and find emotional healing and wholeness. Your needs matter. As an experienced attachment-based, trauma-informed therapist, I provide a nurturing environment where you can learn more about yourself in a nonjudgmental space where all parts of the mind and body feel heard, valued, and validated. You are not alone in this process; I will be right by your side.
