About My Clients

Whether it’s your first time in therapy or your fifth, you’re ready for something deeper. I work with people who feel stuck—self-aware, maybe even insightful, but still caught in old patterns. You might be navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, or a general sense of “off.” I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can stop overthinking, start healing, and feel more like you again.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in ADHD, trauma, and the brain-body connection. My approach is flexible, practical, and centered on what actually helps. Some days we’ll use EMDR; other days, something might come up that we need to process in real time—and if you're up for it, we’ll pivot and dive in. I pull from EMDR, somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, DBT, and other tools I’ve collected over the years to help people regulate in the moment and heal long-term. We’ll practice together. You’ll leave with techniques that calm your nervous system now, and over time, many symptoms will lessen because the stuck stuff underneath is finally getting cleared. You’ve probably spent years trying to adapt to systems that weren’t designed for you. Together, we’ll stop chasing “normal” and start creating something that actually works.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that we all have everything we need within us already, but we carry trauma, emotions, memories, and patterns that get stuck and block our access to those parts of ourselves. Therapy, to me, is about removing those blocks—not changing who you are, but helping you come home to yourself. I’m deeply committed to making therapy feel safe and welcoming for everyone, including folks who’ve never done therapy before, those who feel like they’re “too much” or “not enough,” and those navigating neurodivergence, gender, or identity questions. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and I believe mental health is deeply connected to systemic realities—not just personal ones.
