We often place pressure on ourselves to be okay, power through, and be strong. Yet there are times when we need extra support. You may be navigating a major transition, experiencing anxiety, or grappling with grief. You may be a new parent trying to make it through the early postpartum months. You may be someone just trying to reconnect with yourself. Together, we can explore ways to nurture your well-being and find clarity and connection in the midst of it all.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in connection, compassion, and collaboration. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to bring your full self—messy parts and all. You don’t have to carry it alone. We’ll explore your story together with curiosity and care, uncovering the strengths and resilience that already exist within you. I work with adult individuals from many different backgrounds and walks of life, and especially love working with people on issues of perinatal mental health, family planning, and major life transitions.
