About My Clients
I have experience working with multi-cultural individuals, couples, families, and children/adolescents ages 3 and up. I have worked with individuals with disabilities and/or IEP services. I have years of experience working with eating disorders at all levels of care including; inpatient, residential, and outpatient. Currently I'm offering Telehealth and video sessions in California and Colorado.
My Background and Approach
Life can be unpredictable and challenging. It can be difficult to talk about these challenges and face them. Especially if we feel that no one is really listening and no one can understand us. When we are presented with these challenge's we often feel stuck, hopeless, worried, stressed, sad, angry, and a mix of emotions. Feeling like we no longer have control over our lives and our feelings. I can provide you with a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space helping you feel more aware and empowered so you can begin to live the life you want to live. Using evidence based interventions and Person-Centered approach.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that were all human and being human includes inperfection. I believe that at times we need to embrace our imperfections to help us learn and grow into the person we want to become. I entered the mental health field because I love helping people and I have seen and personally experienced the positive effects of psychotherapy. I truly believe that connection allows for one to process and heal. If you a presented with life challenges or just need someone to talk to, it would be my pleasure to assist you in your journey.
