About My Clients

My clients are often caregivers struggling with burnout, isolation, and layered grief, or individuals overwhelmed by anxiety and depression. They feel depleted, isolated, and conditioned to push their own needs aside. They are ready to stop operating in survival mode, process guilt and exhaustion, and finally reclaim their emotional resilience and identity by setting sustainable boundaries.

My Background and Approach

My background centers on supporting those facing intense emotional labor, especially caregivers dealing with burnout/grief and individuals managing anxiety/depression. My approach is evidence-based, utilizing methods like ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I provide a non-judgmental space to address patterns of guilt and exhaustion. We focus on establishing sustainable boundaries, processing complex grief, and using proven methods to manage overwhelming emotions. We can work on moving you beyond survival mode to genuine emotional resilience, while honoring your needs and your commitments.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every person deserves a space where they are truly seen and valued, and that equitable treatment of all is a fundamental right. My practice is built on a foundation of being completely open and non-judgmental, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I actively support inclusivity for the LGBTQ+ community and stand for justice and equality for all marginalized groups. A core conviction of mine is that caregivers deserve care too. The emotional labor you invest is profound, and the system often fails to acknowledge the stress and grief involved. I believe that honoring your own needs is not selfish, but essential for both your well-being and the quality of care you provide. I am deeply committed to raising awareness and supporting research for Dementia and Alzheimer's. I believe we must grow our collective understanding and resources for these progressive conditions, providing better support for both the individuals affected and their lov
