About My Clients

I work with those who have long been the strong one or caretaker, deep feelers who learned to keep it together for everyone else. My clients often struggle with self-abandonment, guilt, anxiety, or people-pleasing. Together, we explore the roots of these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you build self-trust, emotional safety, and the freedom to rest, set boundaries, and feel at home within yourself.

My Background and Approach

I am a clinical social worker with training in Coherence Therapy and Brainspotting and Parts Work informed. My background includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and patterns of self-abandonment. I approach therapy as a collaborative and relational process, guided by curiosity, humor, and deep respect for your pace and lived experience. My work is rooted in the belief that your symptoms and patterns make sense—they were formed to protect you. In our work together, we bring awareness and compassion to these protective parts so they can finally rest, allowing for lasting change at a nervous-system level. My goal is to help you reconnect with your own sense of safety, authenticity, and belonging. Clients often describe therapy with me as grounding, emotionally safe, and insightfully gentle. Whether you are ready to slow down, release old patterns, or build self-trust, I offer a supportive space for meaningful transformation.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is a form of liberation—an act of reclaiming the parts of ourselves that have been silenced, shamed, or overlooked. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and an understanding that our struggles often make sense within the systems and environments we’ve had to survive. I practice from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens, centering body awareness, nervous system regulation, and self-trust as pathways to healing. I’m passionate about liberation work, collective care, and creating spaces where authenticity and rest are honored as resistance. I support LGBTQ+ affirming and body-liberation movements and believe therapy can be both personal and political, helping us dismantle internalized beliefs that keep us small. Outside of my clinical work, I find grounding in nature, creative expression, and community care.
