About My Clients
I work with adults, adolescents (ages 12+), and individuals navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relationship stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, always tailored to your unique needs. For clients who desire it, I also provide faith-integrated counseling, drawing on Christian principles to support emotional and spiritual well-being.
My Background and Approach
I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) with a background in providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and faith-based support when desired by the client. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and supported as they heal, grow, and reconnect with their values. My work is rooted in empathy, respect, and the belief that transformation is possible when we feel genuinely heard and empowered.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in the context of compassion, safety, and authenticity. As a Christian and secular therapist, my faith shapes the way I see people—with grace, purpose, and the capacity for redemption. I believe every person carries deep value, regardless of their past or current struggles. While I offer faith-based counseling for those who request it, I also welcome and honor clients from all backgrounds, meeting them where they are with respect and curiosity. I believe that therapy is both a sacred and practical space where clients can process pain, build resilience, and rediscover hope—at their own pace and in their own voice.
