About My Clients
I enjoy working with adults 18 and older and have experience with a range of clients including anxiety, depression, tough life transitions, grief, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I enjoy approaching from a strength-based and positive psychology perspective. I like to identify triggers and barriers and set specific goals to accomplish during our time together. I enjoy healing my clients through empowerment practices, building coping skills, and more.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing is best nurtured in a space of compassion, curiosity, and empowerment. My work is deeply informed by my values of inclusivity, respect, and social justice. I am an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and mental health equity, and I’m passionate about breaking down barriers that prevent people from accessing care. Outside of my professional role, I support causes centered on trauma awareness, suicide prevention, and reducing stigma around mental health. I’m also a strong believer in the importance of balance—finding space for humor, creativity, and joy even in the midst of challenges. These values guide not only my clinical approach but also how I show up in the world: with empathy, authenticity, and a belief that meaningful change is possible for everyone.
