About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals or caregivers who feel stuck in survival mode. Many have experienced trauma, anxiety, or feel misunderstood due to neurodivergence. They are not looking for quick fixes, but for a therapist who is honest, grounding, and willing to move at a pace that feels safe. Together, we focus on understanding what’s underneath, building regulation, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
My Background and Approach
I am a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and caregivers navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, and emotional regulation challenges. My background includes play-based and developmentally attuned work with children, as well as deeper insight-oriented therapy with teens and adults. I approach therapy through a nervous-system informed lens, drawing from trauma-focused, relational, and somatic modalities to support safety, self-understanding, and mind-body connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe to be fully human: messy, uncertain, and complex, without fear of judgment or pressure to perform. I value honesty, consent, and collaboration, and I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming and socially conscious lens. I believe systems matter, identity matters, and many struggles make sense when viewed in context rather than as personal failures. I am affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, respectful of diverse family structures, and committed to practicing in a way that challenges shame, stigma, and oppressive narratives. I believe healing happens through curiosity rather than correction. In my work, I strive to show up grounded, authentic, and accountable, while continually learning and reflecting on my own biases. Above all, I believe people are not broken and that with the right support, healing is possible.
