My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is humanistic and evidence-based. I practice psychotherapy using an integrative approach, which includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Rational-Emotive Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Gottman Couples Therapy Approach.

I founded Be You Psychotherapy, a boutique private practice in NYC, based on my belief that individuality is something to be celebrated. Therapy at Be You is humanistic & collaborative. My approach to therapy is humanistic, interpersonal and evidence-based, with an emphasis on the importance of a safe and open therapeutic relationship. I will work with you to define and work towards your goals all while offering unconditional support.
