About My Clients
I love working with a diverse range of clients, starting at the age of adolescence and up! I have extensive experience in working with those struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, anger management, and perfectionism.
My Background and Approach
Taking the first steps towards personal growth can be difficult and you should be proud of yourself for starting this journey! Therapy can be so rewarding, but at times it is hard and demanding. It is my goal to provide an empathetic environment that feels safe and encouraging; a place where you feel heard and where you are validated. In utilizing an eclectic approach, including Person Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused approaches, you will leave each session having learned something about yourself and with a game plan to work on outside of our therapy sessions. I would be honored to meet you and help you live the life you want to.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love to bring humor into our sessions and I strive to be authentically me, so that you will feel comfortable to do the same. I believe that a therapeutic relationship and open communication are essential to successful therapy. I hope to build a trusting relationship with each of my clients so that we can work together to reach their goals.
