My Background and Approach
I believe in a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, tailored to the unique needs and strengths of each individual, couple, or family. My work is grounded in a strengths-based perspective and draws from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress. In my work with couples, I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. With experience working with a diverse range of individuals and couples, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, build insight, and grow. Whether you're navigating personal struggles or relationship issues, our work together will focus on practical tools, emotional resilience, and meaningful change that aligns with your goals and values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and affirming space where you feel truly seen and heard. I offer a nonjudgmental environment where all identities and experiences are welcomed and respected. My approach is individualized—tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, and strengths. I have specialized training in perinatal mood disorders and am passionate about supporting women navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss. I also work with couples to build healthy, connected relationships through improved communication and emotional understanding. My experience includes helping individuals heal from childhood wounds, manage life stressors, overcome job burnout, and work through insecurity or low self-esteem. Whether you're seeking clarity, growth, or healing, my goal is to walk alongside you on your path toward becoming the healthiest, happiest version of yourself—emotionally, mentally, and relationally.
