About My Clients
Oftentimes, children and adolescents struggle to put their feelings into words, and even more, struggle to identify what triggers these feelings. If you, your child, or your family are experiencing difficulty in communication, feelings of hopelessness or no sense of where to go – that’s where I come in. My goal is to help children and adolescents identify their feelings and ways to communicate them within the family, as well as help the family navigate this changing world as a whole.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with children and adolescents from ages 2-22. In conjunction with a younger population, I like to integrate family therapy when necessary. This allows children to communicate effectively with their parents or guardians, and the family to support each other with whatever they may need.
