I help those struggling with neurodivergence, depression/anxiety, trauma, and life adjustments. Together, we'll develop the skills and coping mechanisms you need to overcome your challenges. I work from a client-centered approach to give individualized care that's specific to everyone’s different needs. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. You don’t have to face all the hard stuff on your own.

I have experience in outpatient, inpatient and school-based settings working with adolescents and young adults. Clients describe me as warm, affirming and curious. Together, we'll figure out how you got here and how to move forward. We'll start with understanding your current challenges and develop a plan to carry on.

I believe in being an advocate, as well as providing an affirming space that fosters safety and acceptance of all identities.
