About My Clients

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, life transitions, family challenges, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can build coping skills, increase self-understanding, and feel more confident navigating daily life. I take a holistic, person-centered approach, focusing on each individual’s strengths and goals while supporting overall emotional wellness and resilience.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor and Master of Social Work from Monmouth University. My clinical experience includes working with adolescents and adults across school-based and mental health settings, with specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), crisis counseling, and trauma-informed care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I value creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I enjoy helping individuals gain insight into their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward becoming the version of themselves they want to be.
