About My Clients

I work with kids, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. My clients are often navigating life transitions, stress, or self-doubt and want a space where they can feel understood, supported, and real. Whether it’s building confidence, managing big emotions, or just finding your footing again, we’ll work together compassionately and with a bit of humor to help you move forward.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Nationally Certified Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and stress-related challenges. I’ve supported clients through complex emotions, behavioral concerns, and relationship struggles, always creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether it’s helping a child manage big feelings, guiding a teen through identity and confidence issues, or working with adults navigating burnout or life changes, I meet each person with compassion, insight, and a touch of humor. I believe in the power of real connection and tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual or family. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped to handle life’s challenges.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, safe, and supported—regardless of their background, identity, or experiences. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces for all, and I stand firmly with the marginalized communities whose voices often go unheard. Mental health care should be accessible, equitable, and culturally sensitive. I support causes related to suicide prevention, youth empowerment, and trauma-informed care. I also believe in the power of humor, humanity, and authentic connection in the healing process. Outside of therapy, I value community involvement, creative expression, and ongoing learning around social justice and mental wellness. I bring these values into my work every day with warmth, openness, and a commitment to growth.
