About My Clients
I often work with adults who feel stuck in ongoing, frustrating relational patterns. These are the kind that keep repeating despite best efforts. Many experience rumination, overthinking, social anxiety, relationship dissatisfaction, or a persistent sense of loneliness. Often there's a sense that something is off or not quite authentic, even if it's hard to name what. I also work with teens navigating belonging, bullying, self-worth, body image, and family stress such as divorce.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy by first getting to know you: the experiences that shaped you, the story you’ve carried, and everything that has brought you to this point. The clearer we understand who you are and what’s actually drawing you in, the clearer the path forward becomes. Once we have a solid grasp of the patterns at play, we begin working with them. Together we explore what it would look like to move in a direction that feels more authentic and sustaining, and take steps that help that shift start to take root. My background is in investment management. I’m familiar with the realities of corporate life: the chronic overwork, the quiet burnout, and the sense of disconnection that can settle in even when things look successful from the outside. Having lived in that world and made the deliberate shift out of it has given me a grounded perspective on both the importance of building a life that feels true to who you are and the real, practical challenges that arise when you try to do so.
