About My Clients
I enjoy working with teens and young adults, providing a non judgmental space for them to explore their feelings and manage the anxiety, depression and/or trauma symptoms that can impact everyday life.
My Background and Approach
My background includes working with children, teens and families doing in-home and school-based therapy. I like to use a trauma-informed perspective along with mindfulness and motivational interviewing to guide clients through their journey to healing. My goal is to find the right combination of treatment that works best for you and empowering you along the way. I believe in focusing on your strengths throughout therapy while also navigating systemic obstacles.
