About My Clients
Do you ever feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of yourself, even when you’re doing your best to move forward? Life’s challenges—whether difficult relationships, big transitions, or past experiences that still feel heavy—can leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. In therapy, the relationship we build becomes a safe and supportive space where your experiences are truly heard, your feelings validated, and your story honored. My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University and have completed EMDR basic training, which informs my trauma-responsive work. My clinical experience spans individuals across the lifespan — from children to older adults — giving me a flexible and developmentally attuned perspective. My approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered principles, and Existential frameworks. This means therapy is collaborative and experiential — focused on understanding how your past experiences and emotions influence your present while empowering you to create change aligned with your values and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins in a space of safety, connection, and compassion. Many people learn to hide their pain or strength to get through difficult experiences, and therapy offers a place to reconnect with those parts of yourself. I view trauma as something that shapes how we relate to ourselves and the world — and healing as the process of reclaiming your voice, worth, and sense of safety. I see each person as inherently resilient and capable of growth. My goal is to help you move from surviving to living more fully — with greater clarity, self-trust, and alignment with what truly matters to you.
