Your child has been bullied, feels overwhelmed easily, and has had difficulty making friends. Your teen may be showing signs of anxiety or depression and are having difficulty feeling confident and capable in their world. You as an adult may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed and you just need help making sense of it all.
My Background and Approach
I work with children, teens, & adults. I am formally trained in Play Therapy. I work to create a safe space for all to communicate & express themselves in the way they know best. My goal is to meet you where you are yet help you gain perspectives & resolution within yourself & your world. I know that life can be hard whether it be things current, or things past. I believe every person, young or old, has the ability to help themselves and I love being the person to guide you to help you find that! I value you and where you are now. I want to help you heal and grow to your fullest potential.
